The Hivre waterfalls is one piece of untouched mother nature. This quite little village with filled with lush green beauty. Its a beautiful site to see the 16 waterfalls, all packed in tight, into a small viewing area that could be seen from the foot of the hill. Its an ideal place for the people who love to go tracking. It was a long trail up, through the fields, slippery rocks, small streams, through shrubs, veils, along a distance of almost 1.5 kilometers up the hill.
Hivre village is situated at a distance of 14 km from the Valpoi city. From Valpoi one has to pass through the village of Thane and reach Hivre. The Village people are very kind and friendly adn guide the tourists up till the waterfalls.
