Mayem Lake is also know as Maya lake. It is situated around 35 kilometers from Panjim in the Bicholim Taluka. It is a fresh water lake. Its a very famous tourist destination in Goa. It is a ideal location for picnics. Good accomodation faicilities are available in the form of cottages there. Boating is available at the lake in the form of pedal boats etc.
