Morjim beach is situated on the northern side of the Chapora River. One can see the beautiful Morjim beach from the Chapora fort. It is a nesting ground for the Olive Ridley Turtles. There are a number of beach shacks along the Morjim beach. The Ashwem beach is situated up north of Morjim Beach.
Location: North Goa, 15 kilometers from Mapusa. The closest railway station is Pernem.
